Applying for a job through Workday usually means re-typing your whole CV by hand, field by field. Plenty of people start; far fewer finish.

ResumeMe is built for employers running Workday Recruiting. Candidates bring one reusable, consent-controlled profile — imported from LinkedIn or a CV — which gets mapped to the employer's tenant and lands as a complete, validated application inside their existing workflow. Fewer drop-offs, cleaner data, and nothing about the Workday setup has to change.

The data stays candidate-owned, with granular, revocable consent and a full audit trail. It's built to adopt in stages — from a no-integration autofill helper up to a full tenant connector — and is currently onboarding a small group of early-access partners.
